Unzip "HX35_Manager_58XX.zip" file to a local directory on your harddisk. Applications will not run properly when started within ZIP window. Also download and unzip "DFU_driver_XP.zip" when using Windows 8 or older. For a full update, use the new application HX3.5 Manager contained in ZIP file. For a board installation manual, visit the HX3.5 Wiki Main Page. For changelog of older firmwares, see Firmware Archive directory. Please see the HX3.5 Firmware 5.8 Migration Guide for upgrades from HX3.5 firmware 5.7 and below. Serious bugfixes marked bold.

Firmware #5.8xx boasts editable organ and speaker models as present in new HX3.6 devices, selectable drawbar destinations for single drawbar set mode and Inc/Dec buttons for various functions. As HX3.6 uses a different update procedure, automatic updates by HX3.5 Manager are no longer available. Important: Only update Files/Parts older than items in table below. Items in brackets will not need an update if currently installed version is the same.

Note: For separate organ and pedal outputs in Rotary Bypass mode on mainboard's L/R output jacks, set Bit 6 of System Inits param #1502 to ON.
Note: Update FPGA only. HX3.5 FPGA does not offer space for oversampled diffusors (allpass filters) on horn beam reflections as present in HX3.6. This is a compromise of simulation accuracy and modulation artefacts. Adjust params #2118 and #2120 in Rotary Setup to personal taste. Lower values will yield lower artefacts.
Note: While HX3.6 now features a stereo "throb" simulation for bass rotor in speaker cabinet, this still remains mono in HX3.5 due to space restrictions in FPGA fabric.
If distortion occurs at lowest notes, replace taperings with current taperX.dat files.
